Refund and Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it in the original condition within 14 days of receiving the item. Please notify us immediately once you have decided to return the item. All returns must come back to us in the same new condition that it was sent to you, with the attached label and in the original packaging, with the certificate of origin and authenticity, and the copy of receipt.

Refunds on returned items will be issued in the original manner of payment once the item is received and examined. We will process the refund owed to you within 3 days of the day we receive and approve your returned item. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Improper returns

If any item has been resized, damaged, otherwise altered or sent without original labels:

  • we will not accept the item for return,
  • we will not refund or exchange the item,
  • we may retain the returned item until reshipping costs have been paid,
  • if we do not receive reshipping costs within 30 days of issuing a request, we may dispose of the returned item at our sole discretion without any liability to you.

Damaged shipment

Should any merchandise arrive damaged, please retain all packing materials and the product. Since all of our shipments are insured through Canada Post, they may require evidence of the damage in order to pay any claim. Kindly make pictures of the damaged package for evidence. Please contact our store within 24 hours of receiving your package with damaged merchandise and we will instruct you of the next step.

Wrong product received
It is very rare that you will receive an incorrect product; we double-check all orders before we ship them. However, if it does happen, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order and return the product. We will send a replacement or refund you for your purchase including your shipping costs, provided the returned items are received back according to our Return Policy.

Return or exchange shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer (even if it was damaged?!!). We recommend you ship the package insured for its full value and with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Place the original package into a shipping carton. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.

Please note that original shipping and handling fees for international customers are not refundable.
